CHALET INFORMATION
A-Style
Sleeps four persons, shower and toilet. 2Bedrooms (1x DBL Bed, 2x Single beds) & Microwave and Mini Oven
B-Style
Sleeps six persons, ablution facilities need to be utilized. 2 Bedrooms (1x DBL Bed, 2x DBL Bunks) Open plan Kitchen.2-plate stove
C-Style
Sleeps four persons, ablution facilities need to be utilized. (2DBL Bunks) Open plan room. 2 Plate -stove

1 DBL Bed, Mini Oven and Microwave
• Full bedding is supplied.
• Kitchens are fully equipped.
• Please bring own towels and braai grids.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Money will be forfeited as follows:
• More than 90 days before arrival 20% of the deposit paid.
• Between 90 and 60 days before arrival 30% of deposit paid.
• Between 60 and 30 days before arrival 50% of deposit paid.
• Less than 30 days before arrival 100% of deposit paid.
OCCUPATION TIME TABLE

Please Note:
ARRIVAL: From 2 pm – 6 pm DEPARTURE: 10 am
Special arrangements for late arrivals must be made with the office staff.
CAMPING
Only 6 Persons allowed per stand.
Only Aerated Ground Sheets allowed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Visitors agree to abide by the rules of the Resort and ensure that in no way the quiet or general comfort of other guests are disturbed.
• We have a NO MUSIC policy that must be adhered to at all times.
• We strictly only allow Proper Swimwear in our Pools at all times.
• (Bathing costumes and Board shorts only)
• We do not accept Taxis or any Drop-offs at all times, your Private vehicle must remain on the property during your stay.
•To secure a booking, 50% of the total is payable within 48 Hours, Balance payable on arrival.
• No Refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
•Strictly No Smoking or Vaping will be permitted in our Chalets or Ablution facilities.
• Deposits are not refundable or transferable.
An additional breakage and cleaning deposit of R 500.00 will be charged per Chalet. The Chalet will be checked after your departure and if everything is in order the deposit will be refunded (or EFT) to you if you leave before the Chalet is checked. No additional persons allowed per Unit.

• Our Office Hours are from 8H00 to 17H00
• Daily Shop Hours 8H00 to 18H000 seven days a week
• Our Shop is fully stocked with every day needs and more.
• Day or Overnight visitors only permitted by prior arrangement of Senior Management.
We reserve the right to Limit the number of additional persons. They will be charged accordingly.
We are Closed on Christmas Day.

Terms and Conditions
1. NO MUSIC ALLOWED AT ALL DURING YOUR VISIT WITH US.
2. Parents are expected to exercise control over their children’s behavior and see that they DO NOT Damage the property, trees or hurt the animal’s etc. and oversee them at the Pool at all times. No Lifeguards are present and therefore is the parent’s responsibility to watch over their children at all times.
3. When using the Pool, only PROPER BATHING COSTUMES ARE PERMISSABLE. NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULING. THIS INCLUDES THE WEARING OF SHORTS FOR LADIES IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS BOARD SHORTS.
4. The Resort is a great asset and provides much enjoyment; however, broken glass can result in serious injuries. It is strictly forbidden to use bottles or glasses in or around the Pool Area.
5. Zonnekus Holiday Resort WILL NOT TOLERATE, DRUNKEDNESS, SWEARING,
FIGHTING OR UNRULY BEHAVIOUR OR MISCONDUCTS. SHOULD YOU NOT COMPLY WITH THIS RULE, YOU AND YOUR PARTY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE RESORT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND and forfeit all monies paid.
6. No Refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
7. Kindly submit any complaints to the Manager. All Authorized staff are empowered to act
on Behalf of the owner.
INDEMNITY
The Company and its Management accepts no responsibility for any deaths, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any person, or theft or loss or damage to any property, occurring within or arising from any visits to the resort howsoever caused and whether allegedly due to negligence of the Company or any of its servants or agents, or arising from the use of any facility.
